These Terms are suitable for the selling services provided by NODUS79 Company in the website.
I. The trade contract between you and NODUS79
The advertisements,price list and anouncements in the NODUS79 website do not consist of the main contracts.The contract between you and NODUS79 will be available once Nodus79 company cofirm the order to you by sending email to you or confirm on NODUS79.COM. NODUS79 reserve the right to withdraw the contract unilaterally when finding there is something wrong with the order presented in the website such as products been sold out.(see Provision 3)
NODUS79 reserves the right to restrict the order quantity. When you make the order, you should also take the responsibility for the truth about the informations,which you give in the order.
II. List price and availability
The price of products have been listed in the NODUS79 website.They may be adjusted due to the cost change or promotion,but the orders confirmed by your side won't be affected except some items in the order be sold out.
The fee of delivery are different regarding to different delivery ways you choose.If there is anything of your order have to be changed because of the objective conditions or the mistakes made by the NODUS79 website, we will inform you through the e-mails or telephones after confirming your order.At this point,we will let you decide whether cancel the order or not .
III. Delivery
NODUS79 Company will deliver the goods to the address that you give us,For customers who select PAYPAL as payment method,we can only ship the goods to the address listed by PAYPAL.The shipping cost are the same with the price what our shipping agent quoted to us,we don't have any profit on this field.All the delivery time ,which is listed in the NODUS79 website ,are estimated according to the availability ,normal dealing processes and the delivery time.
V. Custom, Duties, Tax
Nodus79.com will not charge you any sales tax on top of your order. However, you might be required to pay customs and duties before the local customs release your package. Please inquire at your local customs to familiarize yourself with the local laws.

1.REGISTER
This is the first step for beginning of our business, please fill in faithfully.
2.PLACE ORDER
Please look through our website and choose products you like. Click the picture to get the details of the product. Click the button ¡®BUY' or ¡®ADD TO MY CART' to buy products.
3.CONFIRMING ORDER
We will confirm the availability of the products of your order. Then make a consignment plan for you and work out the shipping cost according to the EXPRESS COMPANY you have chose.(this step will be finished within 2 hours only while we get your order in our working hours. Otherwise we will do that as soon as we come back to work) If you do not know which EXPRESS COMPANY is better., we will recommend for you. When everything is ready, we will send a confirmation message to you via email. Then you should access our website and click the ¡®APPROVE' button to make the order proceed.
4.REMITTANCE
If you haven't any question with the consignment and the shipping cost. Please send the payment to us as soon as possible, we will prepare goods once get the payment.
5.ARRANGING GOODS & DELIVERY
We will arrange your goods as soon as we get the payment and send them out ASAP. ( It will take us about 2 days to prepare the goods.)If you have deposit in our company, we will hold the goods for you immediately when we get your order, so you should not afraid that the products out of stock when your payment arrive, your order will be sent out at the same time while we get your payment.
6.TRACKING NUMBER
We will send the tracking number to you every time after we send the goods out. You can track the status of the goods momentarily.
*** For the goods we sell are very popular, there is a chance that any of them will be sold out within a few hours. We can only insure the goods are full available within 12 hours after we send you the confirmation. Therefore please confirm the order and send out the payment ASAP after you get our confirmation.

In order to keep us in nice relation, we have to declare us and your responsibility
For we are a wholesaler, the goods are sold in block. Though we have our QC team, the only method is spot check£¬so it's hard to avoid small percent have quality problem. Please check out the goods soon and feedback within a week.
If Nodus79.com has agreed to cancel your order, we will refund full payment to your PayPal account soon. Note please: Once we got the payment and start preparing the goods for the orders confirmed,the orders can not be changed by customer side.
