Q: Is there min. order quantity of the products ?

A: Yes, it is 5pcs/item except a few special products, just as Underwear & Sock are 12pcs/item, you can see the min. order quantity on the Quantity-Price chart. In the same item, you can mix color and size.

Q: What is Original Price ?

A: It is the price of product, Not include SHIPPING COST and INSURANCE.

Q: What is Riskless Price ?

A: It is the price of product too, include INSURANCE , but not SHIPPING COST.

Q: What is the different between Original Price and Riskless Price ?

A:   1/ Shipping Method : Customers who choose Original Price can choose shipping method freely, but customers who choose Riskless price can not. For we need to ensure the goods are delivered to him/her safely. So we will arrange the best shipping for him/her. We recommend the best shipping to the customer who choose Original Price too.

2/Responsibility : We will resend the products or refund when the Riskless Price products have any problem before the customer get it. For Original Price, our responsibility only include sending goods out of China which can be tracked on Express’ site.

Q: Is the risky rate of Original Price products bigger than Riskless Price products ?

A: No. If both of the customers use the best shipping method we recommend, the risky rates are same.
